Dasu (Srikanth) is a rowdy in a basti in Hyderabad. He makes a living out of "settlement of petty issues". A young lawyer Krishnaveni (Bhavana) gets him bail in a petty case and their acquaintance soon develop into romance after a series of events. On other hand, a politician cum business woman (Jyothy) plans to set up SEZ in that basti that move is protested by dwellers headed by a genuine leader (Sekhar). Meanwhile, a local politician cum rowdy leader Dada (Jayaprakash Reddy) also protests against businesswoman and seeks Rs 200 Crores from if she wants to set up SEZ there. Dasu initially believes Dada as good politician and works for him. When Dada tries to take advantage of Dasu, he realizes his fault and plans to contest against him on a newly floated Mahatma party. How Krishnavani and local theatre artiste bring change in Dasu and make him realize the importance of Mahatma Gandhi's ideology is core point of the movie.

Due to his activities, Anjali Gujral separates from Mahendra Pratap Gujral, and marries Dr. Malhotra. She does bring up her son, Dev from her first marriage, who grows up to become a Police Officer. Years later, on the tracks of Gujral, Dev, and his close colleague, Komal come across Suraj Singh, and find out that he is indeed Gujral. At this point Gujral decides to play on Dev's emotions by reminding of his past affection for him, and blaming his entire criminal career on a�politician, Rajvansh Shashtri. Dev must now decide to go after Shastri, or disbelieve his father altogether






The film is the story of Govind Narang, an honest, chivalrous, and good-looking man. He meets beautiful Gitika, and they fall in love. One day Govind defends the honor of a young girl from the younger brother of hoodlum Johnny Handsome, and as a result generates hatred and animosity. On the other hand, Govind befriends Ram Shevak, and with his help and assistance of a landowner arranges the purchase of a large plot of land so that hawkers and small shop-owners could set-up their businesses. But nothing goes according to plan. The plot of land and the owner turn out to be fake, and Govind gets all the blame; His sister is openly�raped, in broad daylight; and Govind himself gets seriously wounded in broad daylight. How to sad events turn to happy ending forms rest of the story.
